What we check

• First articles from a new vendor or a new tool
• Parts that won't assemble, so you know whose fault it is
• Warping, shrink and distortion on castings, molded parts and weldments
• Tooling and fixtures that have worn over time

What you get

A color-map deviation report (PDF) with the key dimensions called out, in plain English, plus a summary of what's in spec and what isn't. Raw data comes along if you want it.

Anything from tiny components up to car-sized parts. Complicated projects typically take 1 to 2 weeks. Parts that can't leave your floor? We're based in Dartmouth, MA, and we travel.
