From part to clean, editable CAD

A scan is a cloud of triangles. You can't put a tolerance on it, change a hole size, or send it to a machinist and expect a good day. We rebuild physical parts and scan data into real parametric CAD, with proper features, design intent, and dimensions that make sense.

Two ways to model it

• As-built: Match the physical part exactly, wear and warps included. Good for fit checks and documentation.
• As-designed: Rebuild the part the way it was meant to be made, with straight walls, true holes and clean surfaces. Good for remaking or improving it.

CAD exports

Native files for whatever your team runs, including SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, Inventor, Creo, CATIA and Onshape. Neutral formats (STEP, IGES, Parasolid) and PDF drawings come too.

Anything from tiny components up to car-sized parts. Complicated projects typically take 1 to 2 weeks.

What's the difference between as-built and as-designed CAD? As-built matches the physical part, wear included. As-designed rebuilds it to the intended geometry so you can remake it cleanly.
