By using this website or engaging Obleek Builds for services, you agree to these terms.

Services & Quotes

Obleek Builds provides custom design and fabrication services. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if project scope changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

  • Deposits are required to begin work and are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery

  • Payment methods accepted: Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Check or ACH

Project Changes

Changes to approved designs or scope of work may result in additional costs and extended timelines. All change orders must be approved in writing before work proceeds.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of any designs or concepts you provide to us

  • We retain ownership of our methods, processes, and techniques

  • Final deliverables become your property upon full payment

  • We reserve the right to photograph and display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Limitation of Liability

Obleek Builds provides services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. We will correct any defects in workmanship within 90 days of delivery at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable deposits.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bristol County, Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
