Low-Volume Production

Small production runs without retooling headaches or big-factory minimums. Built in Dartmouth, MA.

From prototype to production, without the jump

There's a gap between one prototype and a factory order of ten thousand. That's where most products stall. We build small batches using the same processes we prototype with, so you can launch, test the market, or keep a legacy machine running without committing to tooling you might not need.

Good fits

  • Pilot runs and first production batches
  • Replacement parts for legacy or obsolete equipment
  • Custom fixtures, jigs and tooling
  • Products that will never need factory volumes

How it works

We start from your CAD, your prototype, or a part we reverse engineered. We tighten the design for repeatability, build a first article, and then run the batch. Anything from tiny components up to car-sized builds. You own every file.

FAQ

Do I need a finished design? No. We can take it from a sketch, a prototype, or an existing part.

Can you help us decide when to switch to a big manufacturer? Yes. We'll tell you honestly when your volumes justify tooling, and hand over files that make the transfer easy.

Do you work on-site? Yes. We're based in Dartmouth, MA, and travel to clients to get the job done.
